Wimberley
Springs,
Wimberley, Texas
Loomis Partners is the engineer for redevelopment of the Woodcreek
North Subdivision, a partially completed subdivision platted in the
1970’s consisting of approximately 3,600 single family lots and a
golf course. The property is being re-developed as Wimberley
Springs. Loomis staff prepared a comprehensive preliminary
engineering report analyzing the design and infrastructure issues
associated with the redevelopment and represented the Owner in
negotiations with Hays County for a development agreement.
Loomis prepared a preliminary plan and final plat of Wimberley
Springs Section 1, as well construction plans for Wimberley Springs
Phase One. This included a rehabilitation of 2,500 feet of streets,
construction of 2,300 feet of new collector roadway, over one mile
of new water transmission line, a deceleration lane on FM 2325 and a
regional water
quality/detention pond.
