Loomis Partners is serving as civil design engineer for this approximately 300-acre, 350-unit subdivision development located on the north shore of Lake Travis within the ETJ of the City of Lago Vista, Texas. Loomis coordinated with the project’s land planners providing engineering evaluations (preliminary drainage, roadway, utilities and water quality design) for alternative land plans. Loomis Partners also negotiated on behalf of the Owner a Development Agreement, Planned Development District (PDD), and annexation for the project into the City of Lago Vista.
