On behalf of our public and private sector clients, Loomis Partners provides comprehensive planning and design services for local, collector and arterial roadway projects. Under contract to Hays County, Loomis completed route studies, coordinated public hearings and performed final design for the newly-constructed Winters Mill Pkwy (Wimberley Bypass). For Ranch Road 12 in Hays County, we performed route studies and coordinated public hearings for proposed upgrades from 2-lane to 4-lane divided for 13 miles between Dripping Springs and Wimberley. We are skilled in the use of road design software platforms ranging from Microstation Geopac to AutoCad Civil 3D and in meeting City, County and State (TxDOT) roadway design standards.
