The Hollows at Northshore, Jonestown, Texas

Loomis Partners performed planning, engineering design, permitting and survey services for this premier residential community located on the north shore of Lake Travis in Jonestown, Texas. Loomis provided subdivision and site design for three residential development sections, 8 multi-unit villa buildings at two sites, and the beach club. Work included wastewater treatment and disposal design and permitting, water quality wet pond design, lift station design and marina design and permitting through LCRA.
