Loomis Partners provided civil design, platting and permitting services for this five lot re-subdivision in an upscale and historic setting located in the Tarrytown area of west Austin. The 6.93-acre heavily treed tract was the remainder of a large estate owned by a renowned preservationist. The various lots, partial lots and right-of-ways that lay within the original tract introduced a number of rights protected under Chapter 245. Extensive off-site utility upgrades and fire protection coordination, providing both flows and access, were required. Work included preliminary plan and final platting, construction plans and permitting, construction contact negotiation and construction phase services.
