The process of design and permitting for subdivisions is multi-faceted and complex, requiring a thorough knowledge of jurisdictional constraints, engineering design procedures, land surveying requirements and environmental rules. Loomis Partners offers a uniquely complete package of services to our subdivision clients. 

Our engineering group has designed and permitted subdivisions for many of the largest and highest profile projects in Central Texas. Our land surveying group performs ALTA/ACSM land title surveys; engineering design surveys; and final plat development. Our environmental group provides endangered species permitting through U.S. Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Corps of Engineers permitting for jurisdictional waters, and regional habitat conservation plan development. Throughout the design and permitting process, we serve as our clients’ primary advocate in discussions and negotiations with regulators and with other project stakeholders at all levels and stages of planning, design and permitting.
