Loomis Partners provided subdivision design and permitting services for approximately 800 lots in 12 sections at this 4,500-acre award winning, master-planned community located off Highway 620 near Mansfield Dam in Austin, Texas. Work included complete construction plans development with submittal, review and approvals through the City of Austin, coordination with water and wastewater provider WCID #17, and bid and construction phase services.
