Loomis Partners offers complete design and permitting services for
public and private sector site development projects of all types and
sizes. We have worked in central Texas on commercial and municipal
site projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients,
including site design for the new San Marcos High School. Our staff
is skilled at meeting technical and regulatory challenges necessary
to assure attainment of site permits on time and on budget. We will
find the best solutions to project challenges associated with site
layout, drainage, grading, utilities, flood detention, water
quality, site access, landscaping, environmental constraints, and
neighborhood concerns. We represent our clients as advocates in
negotiations with the regulators, utility providers and neighborhood
interests. Our land surveying group performs land title (boundary)
and design (tree and topographic) surveys. Our environmental group
assists clients with Phase 1 site assessments, endangered species
issues, and Corps Section 404 permitting for wetlands and Waters of
