Loomis Partners provided a full range of professional services for this 520-acre residential and golf course development located on the north shore of Lake Travis, including conceptual planning, drainage analysis, street and drainage system design for 30,000 feet of roadway. The project includes a pressure sewer system with three lift stations and water distribution system. Loomis provided complete surveying, platting and subdivision design and permitting services.
