The Hollows
Loomis Partners developed subdivision plats for 10 residential sections, including multi-unit lots and beach club and trail head amenity lots for this destination residential development in Jonestown and Lago Vista, Texas. In addition to survey support of engineering phases of the development, Loomis prepared the plat documents to meet the regulations of multiple jurisdictions and field staked the new lots in each section.

Plum Creek
Loomis Partners has developed subdivision plats for more than 20 sections of this residential community in Kyle, Texas. Loomis' survey work for this project includes boundary verification, parent tract easement inventory, project wide control surveys, plat document preparation and lot staking.
