Loomis provided engineering design/permitting and land surveying services for this 19.5-acre commercial subdivision located off Piccadilly Lane in Pflugerville. Initial services included utilities availability assessments, floodplain investigations, and coordination with the Owner for subdivision layout planning. Subdivision engineering included roadway, utilities, and drainage design and site mass grading. Loomis engineering staff also performed site design and permitting for an model commercial lot in the subdivision. Loomis land surveying staff performed topographic design survey and final plat development and processing. Our engineering staff provided construction administration.
