February 2007

The Trust for Public Land announced that it would donate  44 acres of natural space to the City of Austin, to be added to the existing 1,020-acre Barton Creek Wilderness Park. Loomis Austin environmental staff performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property that included a review of agency records and historic information, interviews with people familiar with the property, and a site visit.  The assessment looked for evidence of past, present, or a current threat of environmental contamination on the property.
