Loomis Partners recently welcomed former Hays County Commissioner Bill Burnett as Director of Business Operations. Bill has extensive experience in the public and private sector working with engineering firms, transportation and land use planning, and the family ranching business. A graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos with a B.B.A. in finance, he has also worked in the banking industry and currently holds a series (7) and (63) securities license. Bill served on the Austin/San Antonio Corridor Council and was elected Treasurer of the Texas Counties Stormwater Coalition. He also served on the board of the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) and is the past Chairman of the Central Texas Medical Center Foundation Board.
