SAN MARCOS

Located at 325 East Hopkins, Loomis’ new San Marcos office will serve as an important local extension for the many projects we currently have underway in both the City and in Hays County. Among these is design of improvements to RM 2325 outside of Wimberley and a flood study with drainage improvements design for Willow Springs Ck in the Victory Gardens neighborhood of San Marcos. Our Environmental Group is presently working with Hays County to prepare a Regional Habitat Conservation Plan for submittal to U.S. Fish and Wildlife in support of protections for endangered species.

BASTROP

Our Bastrop office is located in the historic former First National Bank Building at 1018 Main Street. Loomis has a history of project work in the Bastrop area dating back ten years. Our Environmental Group prepared the Lost Pines Habitat Conservation Plan providing protections for the endangered Houston Toad and creating a local option for compliance with federal endangered species regulations, thereby facilitating healthy economic growth in the area. Most recently, we provided site design and permitting for the Producers Market on Highway 71. With several key employees living in Bastrop, we share a dedication and a personal commitment to sustainable development and conservation in Bastrop County.
