Loomis planners and engineers work to coordinate the client’s vision and financial requirements for the property with the realities of local regulatory restrictions (zoning, site and subdivision ordinances), the physical constraints and opportunities offered by the property, and utilities availability.

At the earliest stages in the land development process, we work with our clients to develop preliminary site plan layouts, subdivision road and lot configurations, and infrastructure cost estimates to serve as project feasibility and planning tools.
