Johnson Ranch, Bulverde, Texas 

Loomis Partners provided conceptual planning, development consultation, preliminary engineering services and final design for Phase 1 of this 770-acre master planned multi-use community located near Bulverde, Texas. Initial work has included preliminary land plan development, drainage and floodplain analyses on Cibilo Creek, and coordination with TCEQ regarding the project's location in the contributing and recharge zones of the Edwards Aquifer. Phase 1 services have included subdivision design and final plat development.
