Former Aloe Army Airfield - Ecological Services

Threatened and Endangered Species Habitat Assessment and Ecological Pathways Analysis for the Former Aloe Army Airfield and Foster Air Force Base Skeet Ranges,
Victoria County, Texas

Sampling by the client showed that soil lead concentrations exceeded Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) Tier 1 protective concentration levels for commercial/industrial soils on the subject properties located in Victoria County, Texas. Loomis Partners assisted the client with determining whether additional remedial actions were required to achieve site regulatory closure by the TCEQ. Loomis prepared a habitat assessment and Ecological Pathways Analysis for each site to support a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) Rare Species Review and a TCEQ TRRP Tier 2 Screening Level Ecological Risk Assessment.
