Under contract to the Comal County Independent School District
Loomis Partners performed site design and permitting for a new
800-student elementary school in Bulverde, Texas at the Johnson
Ranch development. This 16-acre site, located in the Edwards Aquifer
recharge zone, required permitting through TCEQ and the City of
Bulverde. Loomis staff coordinated closely with the architect and
performed site design including grading, drainage and water quality
along with utilities coordination.
