City of Kyle Capital Improvements Program, Kyle, Texas

As contractor to the City of Kyle under its Capital Improvements Program (CIP), Loomis Partners designed and permitted a 8,000 foot, 12” waterline and a 13,000 foot 8” wastewater collection main (WW Line 'B'). Both lines serve Section 6 of the Plum Creek Subdivision. Loomis provided construction phase services for this project completed in March, 2007 including review of change orders and response to Contractor Requests for Information (RFI's).
