Loomis Partners performed site design and permitting for the new Capital Veterinary Clinic located on a .62-acre tract on South Congress Avenue in Austin. The project consists of a two-story commercial structure with associated parking, water quality facilities and an exercise yard. Engineering services  included site design coordination with the Owner; utilities, parking, drainage, grading and access drive design, and site permit processing through the City of Austin. Impervious cover restrictions for the property were defined under the requirements of the City’s Redevelopment Exception. Site design documents were configured to facilitate a second phase expansion of the facility.
