Boundary

FEATURED PROJECTS:
The Hollows
Loomis Partners prepared ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys for
approximately 1322 acres of previously subdivided phases of
NorthShore and Travis Hollow and the unplatted Carlton Tract in the
cities of Jonestown and Lago Vista, Texas. This challenging survey
included the retracement of undeveloped subdivision lots and
rights-of-way as well as original patent survey lines in rugged and
densely forested Texas Hill Country and along the waters of Lake
Travis.
Red Oak Village
Loomis Partners prepared an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for an
approximately 30 acre retail center in San Marcos, Texas. This
survey included the retracement of several commercial subdivisions
