Bid and Construction Phase

During the construction bid process, Loomis Partners can assist the Owner in assuring fair and accurate bids for construction of site infrastructure. These services can include preparation of bid documents, attendance at pre-bid meetings, response to contractor questions (RFIs), attendance at the bid opening, tabulation and assessment of bids, and recommendation of award. 

During project construction, Loomis can provide the Owner with complete construction phase services including:

• Review and feedback concerning product/vendor submittals and monthly pay applications;
• Ongoing support to the Owner and contractor as issues arise in the field during construction;
• Periodic site inspections to verify monthly pay applications and assure that construction is proceeding in general compliance with the plans and specifications;
• Walk through at each substantial completion and coordination with the Owner, inspectors, and contractor for generation of punch lists;
• Preparation of record drawings based on as-builts from the contractors, along with notes from inspectors and Loomis' own periodic site inspections;
• Preparation of final documents (including concurrence letters and construction summaries) in support of final close-out for each phase of the project.
