Loomis Partners assisted in negotiating a development agreement with the City of Dripping Springs for this single-family 81-lot subdivision. Loomis also provided support for the negotiation of a Municipal Utility District (MUD) creation consent decree through the City and Texas Legislature (Hays County MUD No. 6), prepared preliminary plan and construction documents for the subdivision and is the MUD engineer.
