Avery Ranch Wastewater Interceptor, Austin, Texas

Loomis Partners designed and permitted 3 miles of 15” and 18” wastewater interceptor to serve the award-winning master planned Avery Ranch community located on Parmer Lane in Austin, Texas. The line is owned and operated by the LCRA and feeds into a 48” regional interceptor draining to LCRA’s Brushy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Engineering services included Edwards Aquifer permitting through TCEQ and design of 2 creek crossings with construction plans review and approvals from the City of Austin.
