Loomis Partners performed site design and permitting for the Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) in Kyle, Texas. This project, situated on approximately 2.48 acres in the Uptown area of the Plum Creek Development, includes medical offices, a coffee shop and a parking lot. Loomis staff worked closely with the architect, utilities providers, and City of Kyle staff. Grading, paving, drainage, on site water and wastewater lines design and parking requirements were the major design elements included in this Site Plan preparation. This was the first Site Plan in the City of Kyle with zero set back lines. Loomis Partners helped to introduce this new urban development concept to the City. The ARC is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2009.
