Loomis Partners provided site engineering and permitting through the City of San Marcos for this School transportation facility (cost of construction approximately $3 million). Project engineering duties included close coordination with the San Marcos ISD and the project architect, Pfluger and Associates. Site design included parking and site access design, utilities coordination, drainage assessments and flood detention design.
