Loomis Partners performed planning, design and permitting for
construction of the intersection of Johnson Way and FM 1863 serving
the Johnson Ranch Subdivision in Comal County. The project was
designed to TxDOT specifications and reviewed and approved by
TxDOT’s New Braunfels office. Project challenges included drainage
and culvert design, multi-phase traffic control measures, TCEQ water
quality facilities design, and sight distance analyses.
